**Valuable Tech** is an [[:items:|item]] which can be looted from a [[:mainframe devices:Scanning Amp]] or [[:mainframe devices:Router]] in [[:corporations:FTM]] facilities at [[:mission difficulty#mission difficulty 2]] or higher. There is a reward of 300 [[:credits]] for each Valuable Tech carried out of a mission; to receive the reward, it must be carried by an agent, or a rescued [[:Courier]] or [[:Prisoner]], not left on the floor in the exit teleporter. Valuable Tech has no other use, and cannot be sold at a [[:mainframe devices:Nanofabricator]] during a mission.

Looting the Valuable Tech disables a Scanning Amp or Router for the rest of the mission. If you loot it while the device is [[:rebooting]], or if you hack the device to loot it but the device is later recaptured, the device will remain inactive.
