Burst program icon

Burst is a generator program which generates +3 PWR and grants +3 AP to all agency controlled units when activated. This includes, agents, couriers, prisoners, and any captured drones. It has a cooldown of 2 turns, during which all agency controlled units suffer a -3 AP penalty. It can be bought from some Server Terminals for 300 credits. It can also be chosen as a starting program.
