Nika loves scrambling neurons so much, she had a tech write a custom routine that makes her disruptor recharge itself and everything around it.

Discharge Rerouter is a unique augment belonging to Archive Nika, which reduces the cooldowns of items and weapons in her inventory by 1 turn each time she makes a melee attack. The effect is triggered after the attack, so it also affects the cooldown of the weapon she used, if it has one. The effect stacks with Torque Injectors.
