Collette Phan, known as **Rush**, was an [[:agent]] in the [[:lore:PEIA|Pan-Euro Infosec Agency]]. She can be selected at the start of the game, as an archive agent.

Rush is found in the [[:Contingency Plan]] DLC.

===== Character =====
Impatient, impulsive, confident, arrogant, and extremely competitive. Not big on subtlety and likely not a great team player, Rush carries her celebrity athlete/diva personality with her into infiltrations and relies on speed and aggressive tactics.

Rush has no banter with other agents, although some is added in the [[:mods:Additional Banter]] mod.
