A Ventricular Lance is an item which gives an +1 armor piercing to all of an agent's attacks for one turn. Ventricular Lances can be bought from some Nanofabricators for 700 credits.

An agent can use a Ventricular Lance on themselves, or on another agent on an adjacent tile. To target another agent, select the Ventricular Lance in the agent's inventory, and then click on the Ventricular Lance icon attached to the target unit.
