Algorithms give the player some benefit or advantage. A random algorithm is triggered when a daemon is reversed.

	Attune	2–3 turns	Reduces the PWR cost of all programs by 1, down to a minimum of 1.
	Fortune	—	Gives 200 credits.
	Order	2–3 turns	Gives every agent +2 AP.

Additionally, the program Aces works by triggering an algorithm also named Aces, but the Aces algorithm cannot be triggered by daemon reversal.
