Hunter program icon

Hunter is a utility program which removes the daemon installed on a mainframe device, for a cost of 5 PWR. It has a cooldown of 3 turns. Hunter can be bought from some Server Terminals for 550 credits.

If Hunter is used to remove the daemon from a device, then the daemon does not become reinstalled if the device is hacked and recaptured. However, a new daemon may become installed on the device for some other reason, such as Fractal.

If Hunter is used to remove the daemon installed on a device by a Modded guard's Cyber Consciousness, then it also deals lethal damage to the Modded guard.
