Expert Plus (E+) is the highest standard game difficulty setting for the campaign mode. It has the following differences compared to Expert mode:

• Vision cones of guards and Security Cameras are not shown unless you can see the guard or camera in question.
• You begin each mission with 5 PWR instead of 10.
• There are more guards per mission.
• A guard's Heart Monitor raises the alarm tracker by 1 step when the guard is knocked out.
• You cannot make a melee attack against a guard who sees you.
