Expert Plus (E+) is the hardest standard game difficulty setting for the campaign mode. It has the following differences compared to Expert mode:

• Hidden danger zones — you cannot see vision cones of guards and Security Cameras unless you can see the guard or camera in question.
• You begin each mission with 5 PWR instead of 10.
• There are more guards per mission.
• A guard's heart monitor raises the alarm level by 1 step when the guard is knocked out.
• You cannot make a melee attack against a guard who sees you.
• Daemons are installed on more mainframe devices.
